Duties

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Interpret and review construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Oversee the installation of building materials such as flooring, trim carpentry, glass, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and hardscape elements
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations
• Utilize construction management software like Bluebeam to review plans, track progress, and document project details
• Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling
• Coordinate outdoor work activities including remodeling projects, hardscaping construction, window installation, and landscaping efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in building construction projects
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material installation techniques
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA standards to maintain a secure work environment
• Expertise in various trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry), electrical work, plumbing, flooring installation, glass installation, and hardscaping
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Outdoor work experience is preferred to handle diverse site conditions effectively
