Roofing and Slating Apprentice

Here at Liberty Roofing, we are currently looking for multiple apprentices who have a strong interest in a career in roofing to join our growing team, starting in January. No previous roofing experience is necessary – just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to developing your skills.

As the business is continuing to grow at such a good pace, this is not only an opportunity to secure an apprenticeship, but there are also genuine career development opportunities when you finish your course too, making this an option for a long-term career.

What will the apprenticeship involve?

You’ll begin your journey at our brand-new internal training centre, where you’ll receive hands-on training from our experienced roofing managers. This will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence needed before progressing out onto live sites.

Alongside your practical training, you’ll work towards a Level 2 Roofing and Slating Apprenticeship with one of our education partners, combining recognised qualifications with real-world experience. For this you will attend one of our colleges with one of our college partners in two-week blocks. This time allows you to gain a deeper understanding of the theory surrounding roofing and learn from their highly experienced roofing lecturers.
