Mainstead Roofing & Exteriors is expanding our roofing and storm restoration team in the Pensacola area. We’re looking for 3–5 motivated, outgoing individuals who want to earn reliable weekly income while developing valuable sales skills.

No roofing experience? No sales background? No problem. We’ll train you.

This is an entry-level opportunity to break into the roofing industry, work directly with experienced sales leadership, and build skills that can lead to significant career advancement.

You’ll receive $20 per hour in guaranteed base pay, paid training, and ongoing support to help you become successful.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Roofing Canvasser, you’ll be responsible for connecting with homeowners, introducing our roofing services, and scheduling appointments for our experienced roofing specialists.

Your daily responsibilities include:

* Going door-to-door in designated neighborhoods throughout Pensacola and Milton.

* Speaking with homeowners about our roofing inspection and exterior restoration services.

* Scheduling qualified appointments for our roofing sales professionals.

* Identifying potential customers and building relationships throughout the community.

* Accurately documenting appointments and homeowner information.

* Working with your sales manager to meet daily and weekly production goals.

* Representing Mainstead Roofing & Exteriors professionally.

You won’t be responsible for closing sales, negotiating contracts, climbing roofs, or handling insurance claims.

Your job is to create opportunities. Our experienced roofing sales professionals handle the inspections, estimates, and closing process.
