Job Summary

As a Roofing / Carpentry professional, you’ll take on hands-on construction, repair, and restoration work across roofing and building projects. You’ll install and repair roofing, siding, and interior or exterior components, using plans and technical drawings to guide accurate, safe work. This role suits someone comfortable working outdoors, using tools, lifting materials, and contributing across a range of construction tasks.

Duties

• Install and repair roofing, including metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems, plus siding, trim, drywall, and other carpentry elements.
• Read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and technical drawings; support construction estimating and fabrication as needed.
• Perform frame and trim carpentry, metal stud framing, concrete forming, caulking, and remodeling or restoration work.
• Use hand and power tools, ladders, and construction safety harnesses; follow workplace safety regulations and site protocols.
• Assist with related tasks such as stucco, masonry, plumbing, welding, and tile laying when project needs require.

Requirements

• Construction experience, including construction site experience; roofing, roofing repair, carpentry, or handyman experience is valuable.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and safely perform ladder work, heavy lifting, and outdoor work.
• Knowledge of safety protocol adherence, construction workplace safety regulations, and proper use of construction safety harnesses.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Experience with metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, siding installation, or related trades is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
