Roofing Claims Representative

TTLC Inc. is a local Construction and Roofing Company. Company is licensed, bonded, and insured.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, serious, and hard-working individuals for our full time Claims Representative in the Roofing field! We are hiring immediately!

The job is located at 23736 W 119th St, Plainfield IL

Responsibilities of the Roofing Claims Representative include, but are not limited to:

• Communicating with insurance companies
• Investigate and determine coverage of loss, and adjusts all elements of Loss claims
• Handle moderate- severe complexity claims assigned under little supervision
• Explain coverage of loss, assists policyholders with itemization of damages, emergency repairs and additional living arrangements
• Gather subcontractors information if required for estimate purposes
• Communicating with clients if needed, for estimate purposes
• Creating insurance estimates
• Communicating with insurance companies for estimate purposes
• Quality control supervision

Requirements for Roofing Claims Representative:

• Customer Service
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Xactimate software experience
• Computer skills
• Reliable transportation to work
• Maintain a professional attire and attitude at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Insurance Claim Adjuster: 2 years (Preferred)
• Xactimate: 2 years (Required)
• Roofing claims: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
