Happy Home Roofing is hiring a reliable, motivated Roofing Field Runner to support our growing operations in the Midland–Odessa area.

This is a hands-on, field-based position for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and taking ownership of daily assignments.

You'll work closely with our roofing crews, project managers, and office team to help keep projects moving efficiently. You'll also have opportunities to increase your earnings through roofing lead generation and commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit active roofing jobsites and document progress with photos, videos, and daily updates.
• Pick up and deliver roofing materials, supplies, and project-related items.
• Coordinate with roofing crews, project managers, and office staff.
• Verify jobsite readiness and complete assigned field checklists.
• Identify potential roofing opportunities throughout the Midland–Odessa area.
• Assist with neighborhood outreach and scheduling roof inspections.
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and report project issues promptly.
• Support additional field operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 48 hours weekly.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between multiple jobsites.
• Comfortable using smartphones, taking photos, and submitting digital reports.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Roofing or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday - Some Saturday Required — 48 hours per week.

Saturday availability is mandatory. This is a field-based position requiring travel.
