NOVARA ROOFING IS HIRING A FULL-TIME FIELD RUNNER / PROJECT COORDINATOR IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS!
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and experienced individual to manage daily field operations and oversee our residential roofing projects throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on field position, not a desk job.
The right candidate will be our company's eyes and ears in the field, making sure every project runs efficiently, subcontractors stay on schedule, materials are delivered correctly, and customers receive excellent service.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and can independently manage multiple roofing projects.

What We Offer

Consistent roofing projects

Opportunity to grow into a senior field management position

Support from company management

Fast-growing company with opportunities for advancement

Who We're Looking For
