Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Foreman to lead and oversee roofing projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise roofing crews, ensure safety standards are upheld, and deliver high-quality workmanship on every project. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise roofing crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Coordinate daily project activities, including scheduling, material deliveries, and task assignments
• Monitor project progress and troubleshoot issues promptly to stay on schedule
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe work environment
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and smooth operations
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours for each project
• Utilize management tools such as Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software to plan and track project timelines

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in roofing or construction projects with a strong leadership background Familiarity
• Demonstrated management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, safety standards, and building codes
• Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, team members, and vendors
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications accurately

Pay: £260.00-£280.00 per day

Experience:

• Roofing Supervison : 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• SSSTS qualification (required)
• CSCS (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (required)
