The Opportunity

We are hiring a Roofing Foreman to lead a crew and own the job site. You run the daily plan, direct journeymen and apprentices, and are accountable for the job from start to punch-out. This is a key role with a clear path to grow into an Operations Manager as the company scales.

What You Will Own

• Own the job site: execute the scope on schedule and to quality and safety standards.

• Run the daily crew plan and direct journeymen and apprentices.

• Manage materials, equipment, site conditions, and on-site subcontractors.

• Run a safe job site and enforce fall protection and safety procedures.

• Keep the job on budget by managing labor hours, material use, and rework.

• Verify quality at each stage and complete the final walkthrough and punch list.

• Communicate progress and issues to the Operations Manager, inspectors, and customers.

What Success Looks Like

• First 30 days: running crews on assigned jobs to our quality and safety standards.

• First 90 days: consistently delivering jobs on time, on budget, and inspection-ready.

• First 12 months: low rework and callback rate, strong crew retention, and ready for larger or multiple jobs.

What You Bring

Required

• 2 or more years leading roofing crews, plus journeyman-level roofing skill.

• OSHA 30 or equivalent, with a strong safety record.

• Able to read scopes and plans and manage a job to completion.

• Strong leadership and communication with crews, inspectors, and customers.

• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Able to work at height and perform the physical demands of roofing.

Preferred

• Experience across residential and commercial systems (asphalt shingle, TPO, PVC, built-up, and modified bitumen).

• GAF or other manufacturer certifications.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Compensation and Benefits

• $38 to $55 per hour, based on experience, plus a job completion bonus.

• Overtime pay as required by California law.
