The Opportunity

We are hiring Roofing Apprentices who want to learn the trade and build a career. You will work under experienced journeymen and foremen, learn on the job, and build toward journeyman. No roofing experience is required, just reliability, a safety-first attitude, and a willingness to work hard and learn.

What You Will Own

• Perform assigned tasks safely under the direction of the journeyman and foreman.
• Load, stage, and handle materials; keep the site clean and safe.
• Learn installation techniques and safety procedures on the job.
• Follow all safety rules, including fall protection.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Build toward the technical and safety standards for journeyman.

What Success Looks Like

• First 30 days: safe, reliable, and learning the basics of the trade.
• First 90 days: handling core tasks with guidance and building skills.
• First 12 months: progressing steadily toward journeyman-level skills.

What You Bring

Required

• Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn the trade.
• Able to perform physical work at height and in varied conditions.
• Able to follow directions and work as part of a crew.
• OSHA 10, or willing to obtain it on hire.

Preferred

• Prior construction or roofing exposure.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Compensation and Benefits

• $20 to $28 per hour, based on experience.
• Overtime pay as required by California law.

• Tools and PPE provided.
• On-the-job training and a clear path to grow into a Journeyman role.
