Roofing Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, manage teams, ensure quality standards, and maintain client satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication. Bilingual skills are a plus to facilitate communication with diverse clients and team members.

Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise roofing projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to establish project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project phase.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, reports, change orders, and safety records.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
• Lead and motivate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve high standards of performance.
• Incorporate bilingual communication skills when necessary to facilitate clear interactions with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing or construction project management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
