We are growing and looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Project Manager to oversee our roofing jobs across the entire state of Delaware.

The Role: We are looking for a hands-on Roofing Project Manager who takes pride in quality control, customer service, and job site safety. In this role, you will be the face of our company on the job site from start to finish. You will ensure our installations meet or exceed GAF’s rigorous standards, manage job site logistics (including debris removal and meticulous clean-up), and engage with our customers. We may also have you run materials etc. to other jobs such as siding projects etc.

We believe that every interaction is a sale. As the on-site point of contact during one of the most exciting times for a homeowner, you will reassure them that they made the right choice and actively identify opportunities to offer additional services to protect and improve their home.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Management: Open and close the job site daily. Be on-site as early as 6:30 AM (during summer months) and stay until the project and clean-up are 100% complete (typically 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM, but occasionally up to 8:00 PM or later).
• Quality Control: Climb steep and high roofs to inspect the installation process, ensuring all work is performed correctly and up to GAF MasterElite standards.
• Logistics & Equipment: Drive a company truck pulling a roofing trailer. Operate a roofing buggy on-site, dump debris into the trailer, transport it to the landfill, and prep the equipment for the next day.
• Material Management: Ensure all leftover materials are accounted for and returned to the shop at the end of the job.
• Fanatical Clean-Up: Act as the final set of eyes on a project. You will methodically sweep the ground for nails and carefully look over the entire property to ensure it is left cleaner than we found it.
• Customer Experience & Sales: Act as a "people person" and brand ambassador. Use on-site interactions to educate the homeowner, build trust, and upsell additional exterior remodeling services (commission provided!).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Comfortable and capable of climbing steep/high roofs and performing physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving a truck and pulling/backing up trailers is a plus, but we can help train the right candidate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; not afraid to talk to customers and pitch additional services.
• Meticulous attention to detail (especially regarding job site clean-up and safety).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not mandatory.
