Roofing Project Superintendent

We're looking for a superintendent who can run multiple job sites at once and keep them all moving — without losing quality or dropping a ball.

We're a commercial and residential roofing contractor working across LA County and Orange County on TPO, PVC, Coatings, modified bitumen/BUR, shingles, tile, and metal systems. This is a pure production role — you own what happens on site, day to day. Estimating and bidding stay elsewhere in the company; your job is field execution, crew supervision, and making sure every site hits schedule and quality standards. You'll report directly to the Production Manager and be the accountability owner across your projects.

What You'll Do

• Oversee 3-5 simultaneous job sites across LA County and Orange County
• Supervise Foremen and crews on site — quality control, progress, and problem-solving (~60% of your time)
• Sequence crews and work across concurrent sites to keep everything on schedule (~20%)
• Represent the company in client meetings on site (~15%)
• Handle reporting and paperwork (~5%)

This Role Is Built For Someone Who

• Has run multiple job sites at the same time and can speak to specifics — not vague generalities
• Has hands-on experience across most of the roofing systems we run: TPO, PVC, Coatings, mod bit/BUR, shingles, tile, and metal
• Has directly supervised Foremen and crews, not just worked alongside them
• Takes ownership of safety and quality
• Is comfortable using field-management software like CompanyCam

Requirements

Must-have:

• OSHA 10 (the other certifications will be provided in-house by our safety officer).
• Proven experience directly supervising Foremen and crews
• Experience managing 3-5+ job sites simultaneously
• Hands-on experience across most of the systems mix above
• Able to work LA County and Orange County projects with a company-provided truck

Nice-to-have (not required):

• First Aid/CPR certification
• CompanyCam or similar field-management software experience
• 5+ years specifically in a superintendent role (vs. adjacent field leadership)

Both commercial and residential backgrounds welcome — 5+ years of superintendent experience is preferred but not a hard cutoff for the right candidate.

Note: We provide a company truck and are open to candidates located in Los Angeles County and Orange County.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
