**What You’ll Do**

• Find leaks, storm damage and wear on residential roofs
• Make repairs: replace shingles, fix flashing, seal leaks and handle general maintenance
• Install new roofing materials to our safety and quality standards
• Work with the service team to schedule and prioritize repair jobs
• Walk homeowners through what you found and what their options are
• Keep clear records of work done, materials used and time on the job

Requirements:

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Roofing repair and maintenance experience
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques and safety practices
• Comfort with hand tools and basic equipment
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude with customers
• The ability to work on your own or with a team
• Basic computer or smartphone skills for job records

**Must-haves:**

• 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift heavy materials, work at heights and in tight spaces, and stand, walk, bend and kneel for long periods
• Flexible for occasional Saturdays
