Roofing Sales (Commission Only)

Lonestar Roofing and construction is looking for Territory Sales Reps. We are experiencing a lot of growth and we are needing to add to our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads and meet with prospects. (3-8 leads provided each week)
• Responsible for visiting residential neighborhoods for outside door-to-door sales. Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Complete roof inspections. Prepare a detailed job estimate package that includes a written description of the job. To include a detailed roof map, photographs, measurements, the location of damage, and other pertinent information necessary to develop an accurate cost estimate.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Continuously keep customers aware of the latest updates, scheduling, appointments, changes, etc.
• Familiarity with the latest roofing systems and technology with training from Lonestar RAC.

MUSTS:

Must be willing to cold call and door knock.
Must have own transportation.
Must be willing to climb on roofs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Some Saturdays

Supplemental Pay:
