Oak Valley Roofing is rapidly expanding and actively looking for 10–15 motivated sales representatives to join our team.

As we continue growing throughout Northeast Florida, we are also looking to develop 1–2 future Sales Managers from this hiring group to help lead and scale our sales organization.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected and residential neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs for storm and wind damage
• Help homeowners navigate the insurance restoration process
• Generate leads and manage customer relationships
• Conduct inspections and follow-ups
• Work independently while being part of a competitive, team-driven culture
