Midwest Home Design and Restoration is looking for ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

1099 Contractor | Opportunity to Move to W-2 in 60 Days | High-Income Potential

Are you confident talking to anyone? Are you hungry to make serious money?

We are looking for Roofing Sales Representatives who are comfortable knocking doors, talking to homeowners, getting on roofs, performing basic roof inspections, and building relationships that turn into sales.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-leads position. We provide some leads, but successful representatives are expected to self-generate opportunities through door knocking, networking, referrals, and canvassing.

If you're outgoing, competitive, dependable, and not afraid to knock on a stranger's door, this could be a great opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Knock doors and generate your own roofing leads
• Follow up with company-provided leads
• Meet with homeowners and build relationships
• Inspect roofs and identify potential damage or roofing needs
• Explain roofing options clearly to homeowners
• Schedule and conduct inspections
• Work with homeowners through the sales process
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers
• Take photos and document roof conditions
• Communicate professionally with customers and the production team
• Generate referrals and repeat business
• Consistently work toward weekly and monthly sales goals

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Know how to make a homeowner feel comfortable
• Are confident asking for the sale
• Are self-motivated and competitive
• Can work independently without someone standing over them
• Are willing and able to get on roofs and perform inspections
• Have excellent communication skills
• Are dependable and professional
• Want an opportunity where their income is tied directly to their production
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Roofing or exterior-sales experience is preferred, but the right personality and work ethic matter most

COMPENSATION

1099 Independent Contractor

• Paid on contingency
• Paid weekly
• Daily gas/fuel assistance provided
• Some company-generated leads provided
• Unlimited opportunity to self-generate leads
• High-income potential based on production
• No traditional salary cap — the more you sell, the more you can make

PATH TO W-2

Successful 1099 representatives have the opportunity to move into a W-2 position after approximately 60 days, based on performance, production, reliability, and company needs.
