Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem
Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features
Maintain well organized paperwork
Must be able to carry a 20 foot ladder and be able to climb on roof tops
Maintain current driver's license and vehicle insurance
Maintain sales goals quarterly and yearly
Skills
General understanding of the principles of sales
Strong communication skills
High school diploma required
Experience with customer service
Must be able to climb ladders
Must be able to measure roofs from roof top
Must be able to read measuring tape and calculate measurements
