What You’ll Do

• Generate and manage your own sales leads and appointments
• Conduct property inspections to assess roof and siding conditions
• Educate homeowners on repair or replacement options
• Create proposals and close contracts
• Guide customers through insurance claim or retail processes
• Work closely with our production and office teams to ensure job success

Compensation

• 10% commission on company-generated leads
• 15% commission on self-generated or referral leads
• Commissions paid as customer payments are received — no waiting until job completion

• Driven, self-motivated, and coachable individuals
• Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Ability to climb roofs and work outdoors
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
