What This Role Really Looks Like

This is an active, people-first role:

• You’ll be out in neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners
• You’ll inspect roofs and learn to identify storm damage (we train you)
• You’ll have real conversations — not pushy sales scripts
• You’ll stay organized and manage your pipeline daily
• You’ll hear “no” — and learn how to bounce back quickly

What You’ll Do

• Perform roof inspections (training provided)
• Educate homeowners on damage, restoration options, and next steps
• Guide customers through the process with clarity and professionalism
• Build relationships and generate referrals in the community
• Work with our production team to deliver a great customer experience
