Duties

• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional services, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Conduct detailed product presentations and technical consultations to educate clients on roofing solutions tailored to their needs
• Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently while maintaining profitability targets
• Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, or technical sales with a focus on roofing or construction.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Roofr or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate effectively
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets through prospecting and deal closing strategies
• Familiarity with territory management, inside/outside sales techniques, and remote (virtual) sales environments
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts while providing outstanding customer service
• Experience with marketing strategies, lead generation tools, and technology sales is highly desirable
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities in a competitive landscape
