Roofing Sales Representative

Job Summary

• Pay: 100% commission with no cap.
• Run appointments with homeowners from company-provided leads, and find your own through canvassing, referrals and networking
• Inspect roofs and document conditions with photos and measurements
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and honestly, then close agreements
• At least 1 year of experience in sales. In-home, roofing, solar, HVAC or home improvement sales is strongly preferred.
• Roofing or insurance restoration experience is a big plus, but we'll train the right person
• Confidence talking with homeowners, plus the discipline to follow up without being pushy
• Comfort climbing ladders and walking roofs safely
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and a clean driving record
• A smartphone and basic computer skills. CRM experience is helpful.
• Self-motivated, organized and competitive, with the ability to handle Arizona heat
• Uncapped commission with a clear, transparent pay structure

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
