Roofing Sales Representative

Job Overview

IBEX Roofing is looking for motivated, competitive, and self-driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a performance-based sales position with uncapped earning potential. If you are comfortable talking with homeowners, building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing deals, this role offers the ability to build a six-figure income with no commission ceiling.

Roofing sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong sales mentality, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Duties

• Generate residential roofing opportunities through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and other sales activities
• Meet with homeowners and identify roofing needs
• Perform or coordinate roof inspections
• Identify storm damage and other roofing concerns
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, repair options, and roof replacement
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim or retail roofing process when applicable
• Present estimates, proposals, and roofing solutions
• Close contracts and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Follow up consistently with leads and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and job documentation
• Communicate with insurance adjusters when necessary
• Coordinate with office, estimating, and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Stay involved with customers from initial contact through project completion
• Develop referrals and additional opportunities within completed neighborhoods
• Represent IBEX Roofing professionally and ethically in the community

Qualifications

• Previous roofing, construction, outside sales, home improvement, insurance restoration, or door-to-door sales experience is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone and dependable communication
• Ability to work outdoors
• Ability and willingness to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
