Roofing Sales Representative

Precision General Contracting is looking for an experienced roofing sales professional to join our team. Roofing experience is the priority, especially residential roof replacement sales. Experience selling other exterior remodeling products such as exterior painting, Hardie siding, patio covers, decks, and replacement windows is a strong plus.

We provide high-quality, confirmed sales appointments and are known for having very few no-shows. We are looking for someone who can confidently meet with homeowners, evaluate their roofing needs, explain options clearly, prepare proposals, close sales, and follow through professionally from appointment through handoff to production.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners on company-provided appointments
• Evaluate roofing needs and project scope
• Present roofing systems, materials, and options
• Prepare proposals and close contracts
• Follow up with customers and manage your sales pipeline
• Communicate clearly with our office and production team

Qualifications

• Proven residential roofing sales experience
• Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation, and common roofing issues
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Reliable, organized, and strong with follow-up
• Professional and honest representation of the company
• Experience with additional exterior remodeling products is a plus

Compensation

We offer a profit-sharing commission structure that rewards strong sales performance, with earning potential of $100,000–$250,000 annually for an experienced roofing salesperson. Actual earnings depend on sales volume and project profitability. Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
