This is a field-based roofing sales role that includes door-to-door prospecting, meeting homeowners face-to-face, inspecting roofing needs, and closing residential roofing sales. Training and mentorship are provided, so roofing experience is not required.

What You'll Do
Prospect for new customers through door-to-door outreach and other field-based sales activities
Meet with homeowners face-to-face to inspect roofing needs
Build trust and educate homeowners on roofing solutions
Generate and close residential roofing sales
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Work closely with our office team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Participate in training and ride-alongs as you develop your skills
Represent High Ridge Roofing Solutions with professionalism and integrity
Safely climb ladders, access and work on roofs, work at heights, and remain physically active throughout the day

We're Looking For Someone Who Is
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and face-to-face homeowner sales
Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment
Able to safely climb ladders, access roofs, and work at heights
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for customer appointments and field sales activities
Competitive with a strong work ethic

Sales experience is preferred but not required. Roofing experience is NOT required. We provide training.
