About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and earning based on their performance.

No prior roofing experience is required. We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you learn roof inspections, identify storm damage, and guide homeowners through roofing repair and replacement options.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods to generate new business opportunities.
• Inspect roofs and identify potential storm damage, including damage caused by hail and wind.
• Educate homeowners about roofing damage, repair options, and replacement services.
• Build relationships with customers and generate referrals.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work outdoors and take advantage of sales opportunities following storms.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in roofing, solar, HVAC, home improvement, pest control, restoration, or related industries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to approach new people, generate leads, and handle rejection positively.
• Willingness to learn roofing inspections and sales processes.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
