Roofing Sales Representative

Innovative Roofing Services is expanding and hiring experienced Roofing Sales Representatives across multiple cities in Texas and Kansas markets.

Hiring in:

• Texas: Houston, Tyler, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Lubbock, College Station, Amarillo, Abilene, Midland/Odessa, San Angelo, and Wichita Falls
• Kansas: Wichita

We’re looking for roofing sales professionals who can inspect roofs, identify storm damage, Prospect through Door 2 Door marketing and work with homeowners and insurance adjusters, and close residential roofing projects.

Qualified representatives can expect approximately 5+ company-provided leads per week, along with the opportunity to generate additional business through referrals and door-to-door canvassing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads, inspect roofs, and document storm damage.
• Present roofing solutions and close contracts.
• Assist homeowners throughout the insurance restoration process.
• Schedule and attend adjuster meetings.
• Manage customer communication through project completion and final payment.
• Complete at least 100 door knocks per week to generate additional business.
• Maintain accurate job records using CompanyCam and JobNimbus.

Qualifications

• Previous roofing sales or insurance restoration experience required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of residential roofing and storm damage.
• Reliable vehicle, extension ladder, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Comfortable climbing roofs when conditions are safe.
• Organized, dependable, and willing to canvass neighborhoods.

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential.

Company-provided leads: Sales representatives earn 40% of job profit after a 10% marketing allocation.

Self-generated leads: Sales representatives earn 40% of the full job profit, with no marketing allocation deducted.

For example, a company-provided job with $10,000 in profit would pay the salesperson $3,600. A self-generated job with the same profit would pay $4,000.

Additional performance bonuses may be available. A company truck may become available based on production and dependability.view

Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
