Job Description

SONS Roofing is looking for experienced Residential Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

We are seeking sales professionals with a proven track record in roofing, construction, insurance restoration, or residential sales who know how to build trust with homeowners and close business.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, SONS Roofing offers experienced leadership, ongoing sales coaching, operational support, and opportunities for professional growth.

This is a full-time, field-based position with earning potential tied to individual production, consistency, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their needs and present roofing solutions.
• Guide customers through the roofing replacement process.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with homeowners.
• Communicate effectively with customers, production teams, and company leadership throughout project completion.
• Take ownership of the customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching, field support, and mentorship.
• Have the opportunity to mentor newer sales representatives and develop toward future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in roofing, construction, insurance restoration, or residential sales.
• Ability to build trust with homeowners and close business.
• Professional, competitive, motivated, and self-directed.
• Strong communication skills when working with customers, production teams, and leadership.
• Willingness to receive coaching and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely work outdoors and climb roofs while following safety procedures.
• Commitment to taking ownership of the customer experience.

Compensation

Earning Potential: 100,000–250,000+ Annually
