Roofing Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to join a growing team and play a key role in overseeing roofing operations across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong roofing background who is ready to step into a supervisory or management position and take ownership of crews, subcontractors and day to day roofing operations.

About you:

• Strong experience within the roofing industry
• A roofing trade background is highly preferred
• Previous experience supervising crews or subcontractors
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple crews and sites
• A good understanding of roofing quality, defects and site requirements
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• The confidence to take ownership and make decisions on site
• The ability to work effectively with construction teams and subcontractors

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising roofing crews and subcontractors across multiple sites
• Coordinating roofing works and helping keep projects on schedule
• Conducting regular site inspections
• Assisting with quality control and defect management
• Ensuring works are completed to the required standards
• Supporting the construction team with day-to-day roofing requirements
• Managing multiple crews and projects at various stages
• Communicating with site teams, subcontractors and other key stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving issues as they arise
• Helping maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
