Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.

Make beds, change bed linens, and replace towels and toiletries.

Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all designated areas.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and amenities.

Replenish guest supplies, minibar items (if applicable), and room amenities.

Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Ensure lost and found items are handled according to company procedures.

Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, linen rooms, and other assigned areas.

Handle guest requests courteously and in a timely manner.

Follow hotel health, safety, hygiene, and security policies at all times.

Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.

Complete assigned rooms within the required time while maintaining quality standards.
