Description Job Title: Room Attendant Department: Housekeeping Reports to: Housekeeping Manager As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest who stays with us. How I Can Create Guests For Life

• Maintaining a clean and sanitary area.
• Thoroughly clean using cleaning agents and equipment.
• Making beds and changing linens.
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning and stocking bathrooms with fresh supplies.
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary guest room environment.
• Follow cleanliness and quality expectations as given by Supervisor
• Respond to guest questions/requests. Provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested.
• Ensure guest privacy and security
• Report any maintenance issues and lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Supporting the team with additional tasks and duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Attend training classes as provided and attend store meetings as scheduled.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
• Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
