Room Attendant

Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards, ensuring they are well-presented at all times. Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house through KnowCross. Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials. Provide exceptional customer care, maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude even when faced with challenges. Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required. Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is preferred Excellent communication and organisational skills, with good problem-solving abilities Physical fitness to stand, lift, push and pull for extended periods Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks Positive attitude and adaptability to challenging situations
