Room Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within our establishment. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to enhance guest comfort.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as necessary.
• Assist with laundry duties when required, ensuring all linens are cleaned and folded properly.
• Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices will be considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
