Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and replenishing amenities to ensure a spotless environment.
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly for resolution.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and minibar items to meet guest needs proactively.
• Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management and other hotel staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods.
• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals; safety awareness is essential.
