THE TEAM

The Housekeeping team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences through immaculate accommodations, thoughtful service, and meticulous attention to detail. Every room, suite, and guest touchpoint reflects the team's commitment to luxury, comfort, and excellence.

As a Room Attendant, you will report to the Room Attendant Supervisor and work closely with fellow Housekeeping associates to ensure guestrooms consistently meet Rosewood, Brand, and LQA standards.

YOUR ROLE

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of assigned guestrooms and guest areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable stay.

You will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by maintaining impeccable room standards, responding to guest requests, safeguarding guest privacy, and ensuring all guestrooms are maintained in line with Rosewood's luxury standards.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Clean and service guestrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort
• Maintain compliance with Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA requirements in every assigned task
• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and room supplies to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, damages, and lost-and-found items promptly
• Respond professionally to guest requests and assist with service recovery when required
• Maintain the security, confidentiality, and proper handling of guest rooms, keys, and personal belongings

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have experience in housekeeping operations within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
• You are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through cleanliness and attention to detail
• You have knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safe chemical handling practices
• You are organized, reliable, and able to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
• You work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• You communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are an advantage
