Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to ensure a hygienic and inviting space
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness throughout public areas
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and deep cleaning of designated areas
• Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning when handling larger-scale or specialized cleaning tasks
• Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring all guest spaces are neat, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning procedures
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest requests professionally
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable
