Room Attendant Ashland Springs Hotel – Ashland, OR Part Time Weekends only | $16.50/hour |

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Room Attendant to join our team at the historic Ashland Springs Hotel in Ashland, Oregon. Weekend shift only, starting on Friday and ending on Sunday In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our guest rooms, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.

Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and used safely.
Assist in deep cleaning projects as required.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns professionally.
Collaborate with housekeeping staff to achieve efficient workflow. Uphold the company's standards for cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred.

Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality standards is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
