Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to established standards of hygiene and presentation
• Perform laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with precision and care
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet care to ensure a spotless environment
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and minibar items to ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them accordingly
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to promote a safe environment for guests and staff
• Support janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, dusting, and detailed surface cleaning to uphold high standards of hospitality cleanliness

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
