Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other designated areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies as needed to enhance guest comfort.
• Follow established safety and sanitation protocols consistently to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
• Provide friendly and professional service by addressing guest requests or inquiries promptly and courteously.

Experience

• Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning procedures ensures efficient task completion.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
