Throughout your shift, you’ll communicate with teammates to keep work moving smoothly and deliver the thoughtful care our guests expect.

No previous housekeeping experience is required—we provide training!

  • Make guest beds neatly and consistently to Grand View Lodge standards.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms; dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned spaces.
  • Replenish guest amenities, linens, and housekeeping supplies.
  • Stock and organize housekeeping carts, linen trailers, and golf carts used by the team.
  • Check your work for cleanliness, presentation, and readiness before communicating completion.
  • Report maintenance needs, damage, safety concerns, and low inventory promptly.
  • Follow resort procedures for cleaning products, equipment, guest privacy, and lost-and-found items.
  • Communicate progress and priorities with teammates and supervisors, helping where needed to meet arrival schedules.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  • Attention to detail and comfort performing repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • The ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a team.
  • The ability to lift and move up to 80 pounds, depending on the accommodation type and operational needs, using safe lifting practices.
