Key Responsibilities
- Department Oversight: Manage daily operations for the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and reservations.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and room readiness.
- Financial Management: Monitor departmental budgets, control expenses, and assist with revenue strategies.
- Staff Leadership: Handle hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for supervisory teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High school diploma with extensive experience, or a degree in hospitality or business management.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of supervisory experience in guest services, housekeeping, or front office operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and revenue tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication abilities.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in Chinese & English is required for this position.
