Duties

• Perform comprehensive inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
• Identify and report maintenance issues or damages promptly to the appropriate departments
• Verify that all cleaning procedures are completed thoroughly, including floor care, dusting, sanitation, and bed-making
• Ensure all areas meet health regulations and hotel policies before guest check-in or after check-out
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of room status and maintenance needs
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to address deficiencies and improve service quality
• Conduct periodic audits of industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure optimal operation

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and sanitation practices
• Familiarity with hotel operations, housekeeping management, and hospitality standards
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying issues
• Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Good communication skills for reporting findings clearly and accurately
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during inspections
