Room Leader

We are looking for an experienced practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead their own room within our friendly and supportive team.

The successful applicant will be passionate about early years, confident in supporting a small team and excited to create fun, stimulating learning experiences, including sensory play and outdoor learning. We are looking for someone with initiative who shares our values and wants to help create a positive environment for both children and staff.

A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential. Previous leadership experience is beneficial but not essential for someone ready to develop into the role.

Hours: Full-time, all year round, 4 day working week.

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Nursery: 3 years (required)
• Under 2's (babies): 2 years (required)
• Leadership: 1 year (required)
• Planning for under 2's: 2 years (preferred)
