We are looking for

Full-Time Room Leader to complete a job share within our toddler room (2-3years) based at the YMCA BCG St James' Road Day Nursery in Dudley. You will help to provide a warm and welcoming environment within the Nursery where young children and their families can feel valued and obtain positive help and support.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing and maintaining high quality education and care for children from birth to 5 years.
• Providing a warm and welcoming environment within the Nursery where young children and their families can feel valued and obtain positive help and support.
• Being part of the Nursery Senior Team you will provide leadership within the room on a daily basis. Setting a positive example to childcare practitioners, and working closely with the Childcare Manager and Senior Nursery Manager to ensure good practice.
