What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in hotel room operations, Front Office, Housekeeping, or Rooms Division.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality establishment.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office procedures, Housekeeping operations, room status management, and guest service standards.
- Experience coordinating room readiness, guest arrivals and departures, and interdepartmental communication.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar hotel management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel safety procedures, sanitation standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to analyze operational reports and implement process improvements.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods.
- Professional appearance and commitment to delivering 4-star hotel service standards.
