Pay rate: $18/hr

We’re currently seeking a Room Control team member to join our resort operations. In this vital role, you’ll help manage room assignments, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth check-in experience. You’ll also monitor room inventory, respond to online guest inquiries, and support our Front Desk and Reservations teams with precision and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage room assignments for all pending and last-minute reservations
• Collaborate with Front Desk and Reservations to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor room inventory and communicate occupancy updates to management
• Identify and report potential overbooking or availability issues
• Respond to guest messages and reviews across online travel platforms
• Maintain accuracy in documentation, reports, and system entries
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest service needs as required
• Provide professional, courteous communication with both guests and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of front office experience; resort or timeshare background preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently or as part of a team
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
