Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the rooms division, including housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and guest services
• Ensure the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating their needs and consistently exceeding their expectations
• Τrain, and supervise departmental team members to ensure exceptional performance
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient operations and maximize profitability
• Prepare departmental budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial objectives are met
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and security throughout the hotel
• Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continuously improve services and amenities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position in the hospitality industry
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to excellence
• Experience in financial management and budgeting
• Adept at working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
