We are seeking a highly motivated and service-driven Rooms Supervisor to support both Front Office and Housekeeping operations. This role serves as a key leader in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards and driving operational excellence throughout the guest journey. The Rooms Supervisor will assist with daily hotel operations, coach team members, resolve guest concerns, and help ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Support guest arrival, departure and in-house experiences by ensuring seamless communication between departments.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality.
• Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards are met.
• Monitor room readiness and coordinate closely with housekeeping and front desk teams to maximize room availability.
• Assist with managing guest requests, service recovery and problem resolution.
• Support training, coaching, and development of Front Office and Housekeeping associates.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational priorities and service goals.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, safety standard and service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management and maintaining departmental productivity goals.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Participate in special projects, VIP arrivals and hotel-wide initiatives as assigned.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a professional presentation
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 1-2 years of hotel supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, or Rooms Division operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively handle guest concerns and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with hotel systems, property management systems (PMS), and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities throughout the shift.
