ROPA Associate - Ortigas, Pasig

• Help prepare documents for offers and counteroffers
• Manage social media or online listings for property promotions
• Manage online advertising and social media campaignes to promote property
• Understand basics of negotiation to support agents during client interactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, property details and transaction histories.
• Organize contracts and documentation for easy retrieval.
• Provide positive experience for clients and prospects
• Efficiently manage files, doccuments, and records.
• Accurately prepare contracts, listings, and marketing materials
• Basic understanding of real estate terms, documents, and procedures

Job Qualification:

• Any 4 years college degree graduate.
• At least 6-month experience in real estate is an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft office
