Duties & Responsibilities

• Interpret product instructions and examine surface conditions to determine the type and scope of work required.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment on all rope access sites.
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, removing old paint, and priming where necessary to achieve flawless finishes.
• Apply paint to walls and structures, ensuring the surrounding areas are protected and all work is completed with precision.
• Make expert assessments on paint colors, mix, and match pigments to achieve the perfect finish.
• Utilize a variety of tools and brushes to achieve detailed, high-quality paint applications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
• Work on both residential and commercial sites, adhering to all relevant policies and safety regulations.
• Follow industry safety and environmental policies and procedures with a focus on quality control.

Experience and Qualifications

• Over 1 year of painting and decorating experience with a focus on high-quality finishes.
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and clear communication.
• Experience and confidence working at heights in an elevated position with industrial rope access.
• Ability to follow detailed health and safety procedures with precision.

Licenses/Certifications.

• IRATA or SPRAT Rope Access Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3).
• Working Safely at Heights certification.
• White Card
• Certificate 3 in Painting and Decorating

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $94,000.00 per year
